seriously, i need a cig right now. but im afraid of not being able to quit later on in life... cuz it's only gonna get harder. so it's either now or never. it was a spur of the moment thing. i know cold turkey is hard to do but anything other than cold turkey is not really quitting in my opinion. it just gets really tough after eating and drinking.

thanks doug. its hard but definitely not impossible, and i'd like to think i have enough mental strength and will power to stop whenever i want.
if it comes down to it im going to use a quitting aid but for now its all in my head

and doug, i'll PM you my cell # later so we can goto ktown together. i hate riding out there like a lone ranger cuz i'll get lose even with my navi.
