seriously, i need a cig right now. but im afraid of not being able to quit later on in life... cuz it's only gonna get harder. so it's either now or never. it was a spur of the moment thing. i know cold turkey is hard to do but anything other than cold turkey is not really quitting in my opinion. it just gets really tough after eating and drinking.

 

Good luck Jon. I've tried to get my friends to quit before... even offered them money, but they could never do it.

 

thanks doug. its hard but definitely not impossible, and i'd like to think i have enough mental strength and will power to stop whenever i want.

Try this Jon, for every cig you smoke from here on out you have to raise your car 1/10 of an inch.
