ive been changing at 3K, but i thought they lasted longer?? when we had our X5, we had free maintenance and they wouldnt give us an oil change for 10K miles or til the low oil light came on..

i heard there was a lawsuit filed against mobil1 for advertising as "true synthetic" when they really weren't.
just get it done at wcn, i heard jeff doesn't make a penny off of it. it's like ~40 for motul synthetic which is a VERY good deal. plus get a free car wash!
