I would list the z between 25-27 since you know you will get lowballers. I got my 06 base for 23k. And one neighbors at work sold his 03 Touring with 14k miles for 22k at a dealership for a trade in. So you might be able to get more.

I believe they are. I think cobb just used the hotchkis design for the springs and sways. I could of course be making that up too. I know the drop on the springs is about the same as hotchkis.

A direct replacement for the factory sway bars, the lightweight performance Swaybars improve handling, reduce body roll, and do not negatively impact ride quality or NHV. To improve handling and increase grip from the front of the vehicle, a larger (35mm), stiffer (25%-135%)than stock adjustable swaybar is utilized. CNC bent for a precise fit, the COBB front sway bar exactly replaces the factory swaybar and includes new mounting bushings.
