No you will still need non foulers. Even when you reset the ecu the CEL will turn off for a while but once it reads a rich mixture it will turn on. Non foulers are only like $6 each for a pack of 2. I can pick them up for you on the way if you want. And drilling them is easy. I think I still have the bit needed for it.
