Hey...so I got a ticket for being in the car pool lane with only myself in the car...it was ghey because the guy in the "fast" lane was only going 50 mph's. So I wanted to pass on the car pool lane but as I was about to pass him, the "get in the car pool lane" part closed up and now I was stuck in the carpool lane.
I look back and I see a cop so I couldn't just get out again. So I kept going until I could get out again and I do. I am cruising at about 72 fer about 5 minutes and he pulls me over...
He told me it was NOT a moving violation so I know I won't get a point on my record...but does anyone know how much it's gonna be? I just have to pay the fine and the "court processing" fee and that's it, correct? I heard it was in the neighborhood of $350-$400 ish??? Any info would be appreciated...
