quick question has anyone had an ulcer or stomach flu??

story goes yesterday i ate some day old pizza from the fridge.. didnt really drink anything carbonated but water to bring it down... then knocked out at 7ish feeling like crap woke up 12 tossed and turned till 2am then finally threw it up... went downstairs for OJ (acidic) a big no no cause i felt a cold coming on... knocked out woke up in morning with a pain underneath my chest...

got some maalox kind of relieved it a bit but the pain comes on and off its to the right of my heart towards the middle...

anyone know if thats just gas, ulcer or stomach flu... it comes off and on

im a bit in pain.... so im dying, sad thing was connie's invited me to dinner at benihanas with her mom and family andi couldnt go out

Taking a break from studying, but very weird.
I mean the pizza shouldn't have affected you so bad, and not drinking a carbonated beverage would'nt contribute to anything.
If you have chest pain you might wanna get it checked out.
If it's more of an abdominal pain it could be a few things.
Pain coming and going isn't good either, if it's only been for one day wait it out, but if you've had the pain for a few days, and it's not going away you should get it checked out.
Or it could be as simple as your body trying to adjust to the recent weather changes, as some people have difficulty adapting to rapid weather changes.
