hmmm just checked my credit score. i ahve 11k debt on a 13k card and been paying double the minimum.......score went back up from 690 to 707. im confused but i'll take it =D

Don't make it sound like a good thing haha. Trust me stay away from them. Or if you get one make sure you pay it off fully every month.

having a credit card is like having a false sense of money. when your balance is zero it feels like you have a lot of money but youre still broke

^yup i did that cuz my 1st card was 300 limit. score went as high as 772!

Haha yea seriously. And yea my first card was only $550 and I kept well in budget. But also things were cheaper then. Gas wasn't as crazy as it is now. I never had to pay 50+ to fill up. Back in 03-06 it would cost me like 35-40 to fill up on premium.
