i'd venture to say they are close in terms of physics, GT5P is a it better in weight tranfer physics, but the drifting is a bit off compared to real life
GT5 to me gets the nod, because of the better graphics, gameplay is cool, and the "real-life-ness" of the cars is better in GT5p than forza 2 once you start to modify them.

This is a bad week for me. First my bird dies and now I find out one of my best friends is moving to Hong Kong for a long time because his dad wants him to take over the business. Everything sucks ***** right now.
