omg its soooo hot! went to the gym for the first time in months...and i cant lift **** anymore...=( im so weak...and im hurting everywhere!

hello david and sun...its friggen hot! its like 90! in san diego! wtf! it would be like 100+ in diamond bar...haha...it was like 102 in db yesterday and wen i got to san diego it had a cool breeze and brought it down to like 90ish...so hot these days! its not even summer yet!
