dude danny im glad you werent killed man. Was the other driver hurt? were you booked as a felony or misdemeanor dui? If you were booked as a misdemeanor you have a good chance of possibly being reduced to a wet reckless....but the fact you blew a .15 is pretty high so it really hurts it honestly. I recomend getting a lawyer that isnt a DUI specific lawyer because they dont do ****. When it comes down to it, thank god your okay and still alive to talk about it. Insurance wise its gonna skyrocket....sigh.... Give me a call bro if you need ANYTHING brother.

ucsb pd too.. he wouldnt let me go... **** i got pulled over at my destination.. was going to workout at the gym...

 

told him im a freshman wasnt familiar with the streets(which wasnt a bullsh!t lie), wouldnt give me a break...

yep... i actually thought that sb cops were cool, because at orientation they were talking about drinking/smoking weed and how they were cool about it, just dont do it in public.

and a couple of my friends, students at sb got pulled over by pd, but were let off...

guess i thought wrong...
