ROFL I should be a to catch a predator JB.
umm...astons.... haha I only know about it from a mech. perspective = a LOT of work.... cause they jam pack everything in there, all kinds of special tools...PITA to work on. porsches are pretty decent, I suppose. They haven't resolved all the issues, but still very nice, and so moddable. They can take 700+ on a stock block (the turbos/gt2's) SO easily. My friend's 600 hp 996 gt2 is COMPLETELY different feel from a 600 hp z. It can handle the power SO much better, traction (!!!!) in second to sixth, and the power is so linear, feels almost NA. I was SO in love... he said he'd sell it to me for 100k... anyone wanna donate?!??!?! LOL
just work hard in life. follow your passions, and being an honest and straightforward person will get you far. life isn't about what you have, what you drive, or what you wear. It's what you make of it, and how you grow throughout it. <3 Good people > good cars ANY DAY.
umm... like boxsters....especially. People get iffy on the caymans, and I'm not really a fan of the reg. carrera's....

its not about destroying the car i feel that exotic owners actually respect the supra at their level because its a japanese car that can actually hang with the big dogs....
i wouldnt hate on exotic cars at all id love to have one but realistically
" i dont like to dream about getting paid"......
its not something that would actually happen soon and i know especially with this new economy nowadays money is hard to come by....
real hard earned money is hard nowadays... like legit money... unless your old rich or a drug dealer, most of the average people nowadays are struggling. its just reality

i apologize a regular carrera is what my hard working father could afford.
many people work hard in life peep the mexican gardeners who work outdoors during the 100 degree weather during LA heat... i respect and feel bad for them. tons of the guys even on this forum work hard i wish that money was sooooo easy to come about..
its just reality and life, i wish it were that simply said.
i myself was fortunate enough to be happy what i have, who i am ( i dont need drugs to boost me up in life ) and ive seen 3rd world country poor which is eye openning... to experience it first hand
its pretty sad but thats awesome you said that most of the exotic car guys you hang out with are humble... thats cool

BUT
One day...I'll own a ferrari or lambo or maybe even a Zonda....either a white scuderia or a white LP640. An LP560 wouldn't be bad as a daily
Oh I almost forgot...I'd buy this thing before any "exotic"...the 300SL Gullwing

I realize that my perspective may be skewed because of the people I have gotten to know, but I learned that if you want to make money, you either gotta think outside the box, get a very good education, or screw people over, or all/mix of the above. Or marry rich.
The people I have come to associate myself with don't discriminate on what you drive, where you came from, ect. It's really your character that matters. Once you see more in life, you realize that being "rich" in some peoples eyes is still NOTHING compared to others in this world and you gain nothing by trying to look like you're all that.

benzo: gullwing is soooo CLASSIC. everyone stares whenever there's one around. lp640 for the daily (comfy as hell) and a scuddie for a fun car!
