See the problem with our Zs with only 300+hp cars, if we need to overtake someone we need to give it some gas, which bring the mpg down.
It's worse case for Prius, if you wanna overtake someone in that slow *** turtle, you gotta go FLAT OUT. And when the Prius goes flat out, it only does 17mpg.
Now lets's say you have something like Merc AMG with 500hp, it would be EFFORTLESS to overtake a car in front of you. All it takes is to push a mm down on the accelerator and you'll be passing the cars with such ease therefore not wasting gas.
Let's face it, if there's a car in front of you, YOU NEED TO OVERTAKE IT. What we all need is long distance shortner.

prius got 17mpg while the m3 sedan got something like 19? just keeping up with it. gosh kevin. i already drive like a granny in my Z. if i drove like a granny in a prius, id get like 40-50mpg! lol
oh and... prius gets 17mpg FLOORING it... what will an M5, E63AMG, etc etc get when its floored? definitely not 17MPG..
