quitting for new years is setting yourself up for failure. do it for yourself, not as a bunch of groupies. if you want it, you can do it.

 

haha ive tried to do it myself a few times before but it didnt work. i found it most effective with friends since we motivate each other. but thanks for the tips are you still going strong?

i've quit for almost 4 months. i do miss it from time to time, especially on long drives and places where EVERYONE is smoking/drinking. but once you get a streak going, you just want to see how long you can go for.

be careful, quitting with the group can be bad when one person cracks. usually everyone goes down with them. of all my friends that tried to quit with me, only one hasn't smoked yet..
