fucck i just got back from court for my exhaust ticket hoping to just get a fine reduction but the judge turned it into correctable -_-. would i have to goto chp for that or the police department who gave me the ticket?

Thats good. Just call the chp office and put the silencers on. They will give you a number to call for places that do this. So look to spend about 18 bucks on this ticket.
