i dont know much about the whole calorie thing but thats not a lot? i gotta get as buff as you LOL. gonna start going to the gym again tonight.

i dont see the need to "count" calories.. just watch what you eat (no junk) and workout. you'll be fine

well don't over eat either. eat when hungry, stop when full. smaller meals more often throughout the day.
