just a half day at work and then doctors appointment for my whiplash. going to attempt to fix my front lip as well, and take the gf out for dinner and a movie.

its what didnt i eat last night
the night prior i felt sick going as i went to ten ren's, they turned off the heater at 10pm and i literally froze my *** off since the back door was open (SGV) so i guess i caught the chills cause the next day yestrday i felt like **** all day... gymed got a head ache knocked out while not eating dinner cause i had no appetite but a protein shake
totally jacked up my stomach and
took like 5 mushy craps today
