You can call the city.. I think on weekends they aren't allowed to work until 10am or something. But if they get caught working w/o permits and stuff.. You'll end up screwing over your neighbor big time (choose wisely).. They do have some sort of time set, i know this because my dad owns a roofing company.

 

yeah i know about the sound ordinances [my dad is in construction as well] but, as you said, i really don't want to deal with these neighbors... they're white trash as it is, and i know a few years back when their next door neighbor [my parents' friends] called the city about the way they treated their dog, the white trash people called child protective services on my parents friends, to get back at them. i can only imagine what might happen if i complain about the noise :-x

heres the deal

i just got off the phone with one of the boneout homie named daniel kim he has a silverstone Z with 18" gt7's you'll meet him tommorow over there he will be providing the burger patties... instead of me originally cause i will be bringing filipino noodles and ill put $40 share of carne asada money for me and my guests who are on the list as well

just went to the cariceneria and picked up 20+ lbs of carne asada @ $4/lb. so its around $80+ total which i overdrew on my debit card since my checks dont clear tiill monday but i should be fine... but anyway i got $40 so everyone else can just cover the other $40 which shouldnt be a big deal, i picked up 2 packets of corn tortillas which = 120 tortillas, orange juice *for the meat, onions and a small *** bucket of salsa which burns your *** **** so the meat mission is accomplished see everyone tommorow
