In my honest opinion, I think that is dark enough to get pulled over. When I get pulled over in my car when I have the windows up, the cops usually don't say anything, but there are some dick cops that pull me over just for that...

Thanks for the input. I have my windows down most of the time, so i guess darker tint would be fine with me.
