omgosh... i swear my boss has got a stick up his *** today..... a bigger one than yesterday... is he on his rag?! fukcing making me wanna quit and shiet... i hated working with my dad cuz it gets your body tired as hell. but working with my uncle gets fukcs with my mind and tires me mentally... and that tires my whole body.... damn....

As far as sleeping goes, I have insomnia..I can't usually sleep till past 4AM.
Too much shi*t in my mind u know..the days when I was REALLY sick I was able to sleep early...hell I slept all day..
Can't drink alcohol for the next 6 months or so..I'm taking this chinese medicine..I wanna shoot myself.

When I am sick I just drink warm milk with brandy, put on a lot of clothes and sweat it out. Oh and exercise now matter how bad you feel.
