I was cited for speeding, tint and no plate. When I took it to the CHP to get it signed off..........they checked everything but did not make me pop my hood. Good luck! My suggestion.....make friends with your tint people. My guy cuts me deals because he knows how I love my tint citations.

yup the CHP place on Arrow or soemthing off the 210 signed mines off for like 10 bucks 2 years ago

as for the plate i double side taped it under the varis airduct and got a L bracket and double side taped it to that also

got it signed off but chp guy game me lip about it having to be in the middle of the bumper. said some lame excuse of how its not visible sometimes. i was gonna tell him some cars come on the side like evo, and cargo vans but kept my mouth shut. he coulda gotten me for my tail light overlays, exhaust, HFC etc =D
