Erick...I dont think your damage will be a total loss. Your damage is $3000- $4000, but a shop can bump it up to $5k - $6K. Your font reinforcement will be damaged, but I dont think your suspension or frame rails are in bad shape (these are the money parts).

I had the exact accident 2 years ago and the only way you can win is if the other driver admits he took a red. I lucky had other guy admit it! Good luck.

oh yeah... by the way... we took it to the body shop and pryed the hood open... some of the fluid tanks were pushed back towards the engine.. power steering fluid leaking.. etc etc.. hope it gets totalled!!

I don't think that would hold up in court. That test show usage over the last TWO YEARS. It will be difficult to prove based on that test that the individual was under the influence at the time of the accident.

i specifically said hair follicle, not urine, because it's easy to flush the system if you know you're going to have a urine test. you dont need any special powder formulas or anything, just lots and lots and LOTS of water. if there was any suspicion that he was high [and i'm talking about weed here not anything else] and he knew he was going to have to take a urine test within the next couple weeks or whatever he could try to flush the thc out. you can't flush it out of your hair.

anyway, it was more a joke than anything.
