Maybe but some folks rather not do it themselves and have a shop do it. The same way I can easily install a exhaust or BBK but rather not go thru all the trouble and have someone like EAP do it right............I don't see anything wrong with that all it. I do mechanical repairs if I absolutely have to but since I have the money to have a shop do it I choose that route and save me the headaches.

I plan on keeping my Z so I don't have to worry about switching everything back to stock. I rather let a professional do it. A lot to install like toggle switches and etc.

sorry i dont have rich parents like some people (not dissing any of you guys or anything just a statment) and my job isnt the best, but i live with what i got and all the money i save doing my own installs is what i got left over to buy something new for the car. and i dont mind doing my own work

anyways getting to off topic..lets get back to the spotted thread.
anyone here ever seen that db z with the MUGEN emblem in palm dale? haha

Sorry but I'm not balling out of control or live with my parents. I just prefer someone else to work on my car. Drilling holes in the cab and etc for the toggles and something is not something I want to mess up and have to replace it when its not right. Plus I have other installs for them like (coilovers and exhaust)

i never mentions doing your own work other then exterior. if you feel you need anything mechanicly done by a shop then do so i guess. i dont encourage doing your own bbk, exhaust and coilovers if you dont know what you doing lol..

I understand but the thing you failed to see is I don't know **** about electrical! And running the headlights with the mods I have in them is a lot of electrical work to get them to run correctly.

That's fine Blue but your bashing him (TB ) because he wants a shop to do the install done for him. I see no point in that and there is nothing wrong with that. Why do you think shops exist in the first place? This is why I choose EAP to do everything with my car even oil changes. I trust them with my car and while they are doing my installs I can sit there with them and goof off and enjoy my time. I'm no millonaire also but I'd rather save me some time and have a respectable shop with a lift do my work than use jackstands and subject myself to getting dirty. It's been stated TB is not electrically inclined same way that I am not and there is no need for him to try and mess something up.

i never intended to bash on him about not being able to do shlt himself. from my first statment on the other page, i just thought it was funny as hell seeing how he worked for cincity and not being able to install his own headlights (WITHOUT knowing that there was more to it installing the custom ones he had)
yes i know why shops exist, and like i said before i dont encourage doing anything other then extorior parts yourself if you dont know what you doing, of course your somehow screw things up and end up spending more money fixing the problem. but you pretty much cant go wrong with installing exterior parts unless you slip and scratch something.

saw 2 sweet z's

1)white z on 5N @ 12pm
-no tint and no bodykit
-slammed with deep dish wheels
(couldn't really tell cause you were driving pretty damn fast but from the
back you could see how wide your wheels were)

2)black z on western avenue (ktown) @ 1:10pm
-driver was definitely korean
-had full nismo v2 kit
-pretty sure it had black wheels w/lip
-exhaust was either nismo or stillen type
