I am gonna recieve the Pop Charger on Monday Can't wait. I just wanted to ask a few questions once again.

1. Is the maunal included with the pop charger. I have installed other intake systems before but I am always cautious so that I don't mess anything up.
2. I am gonna do this myself at school so about how long did it take to install the pop charger for the owners that did the installation themselves?

Thanks once again for any help.

BTW Intense Motorsports Ships really really reallly reallly fast. I ordered it at night and the tracking number and such was mailed to me the following day. I was very surprised by the quickness of their service. Mike and Intense Motorsports has one really happy customer will buy more from them later on.

Hey everyone mostly answered all ur questions but here might be a lil help. The JWT pop Charger is the best way to go. I paid close to $300 bucks for my INJEN intake back in 05. You can purchase it for $120 at www.mynismo.com or just PM Andy@performance. I believe it will give you about around 6hp gain from what I have heard and it's really easy to install since you don't have to remove the strut bar. 2nd I have a CF hood by VIS with large vents. (Fuzion hood) It comes with this cover that covers the vents from rain that is held by 9 tiny screws. 3rd you don't really have to worry about the rain unless of course you go through a lake. Nissan cars come with a Lower engine cover that helps keep all those particles and water from entering the engine bay with normal everyday driving! Hope it helps!

yea I already ordered the pop charger from Intense Motorsports with Mike. its on its way and I will have it on Monday of next week. Can't wait for it. the reason why I asked about the intall manual was because a 350z owner who already has the pop charger installed on his car told me that there needed to be holes drilled in the heat shield that comes with the pop charger to be installed properly. is that really the case or is the holes already pre-drilled in the heat shield

Just be careful of that 4th bolt where the MAF sensor sets. Folks have broke the 4th bolt off. I did this on my 03 Z.

I just installed it this afternoon. Drove it home...the sound gives me chills. I did the installation myself, took about 15 mintues or so because I didn't drill the holes in the plastic vent that connects to the heat shield. When I do get a drill I will drill the two small holes but the lower clamp holds the heat shield in well. Took some pictures of it just for fun +P

I took the close up picture of the 10mm bolt because I wasn't sure if I was suppose to use that one or if there was another one that I was suppose to use. the one that is on there is the original one from the air filter box. Looks nice and sounds awsome. +P. NEXT IN LINE IS A EXHAUST SYSTEM?? Maybe?

I was thinking about a CAI but it kinda dawned on me. Most people get CAI because the only way for them to get cold air into their engine is to get the intake to the bottom of the engine. On the 350z if you buy one of those vent things you can just get the pop charger and it will be the same thing as a CAI but it will look even sweeter. The only thing I don't like about the vent is that you have to cut the front bumper. Looks sweet after its done but I don't think I am ready for any body work so. Just my thoughts

This is the vent that I was talking about. Just so that we don't have any confusions +P It seems like the owner of this white 350z already has a pop charger. or at least it looks like a pop charger to me =P

the only mod that's better than a popcharger is...

two popchargers!

now you can hold your head up high and sing along with the rest of us, the national Popcharger anthem!

When I drive I use the tip tronic shift alot because I get bored and so I kinda saw this happening. From a stop when I am in first gear I don't hear the pop charger until I get to about 3.5-4K RPM second to third I don't hear it. Fourth gear at about 2K RPM I hear it.

On the freeway on fifth gear about 2K to 3K I hear it but sometimes I don't hear it >.< I wanna hear it on all gears haha but I have a little over 1100 miles now so I don't want to push it that hard. Highest Rev I went up to so far is 4K-4.2K RPM. +? O btw my Z is an auto just incase you didn't know what tip tronic is =/.

I just posted this for any other auto Z owners out there. =P
