Default Just came from West Covina Nissan

Just got an oil change today but it was really a good excuse to check out the new place and it is everything that people said it was. The good old days when performance was THE place to go to for Zs is now West Covina Nissan. Jeff gave me a tour of the place (which he did with several others during the day) and all i have to say is this place is state of the art and top notch. Felt really stupid because all i kept saying was 'wow'...lol. but i really was impressed. i have never seen dealership desined like this. you definately get the feeling it's all about the cars and people and not about the big $.The service area alone was amazing with the hunter laser alignment system, recycling air ventilation, and a dyno! The waiting area had leather couches and seats with a flat panel tv screen. Frank from service was very courteous and knowledgable. I won't even mention the parts depatment because all you really need to know is that Jeff is running things. Jeff's got big plans for this place as far as expanding even further in the future.

West Covina has definately earned my business from now on. Thanks again Jeff and Frank!

btw-the oil change went without a hitch...and they used MY oil per my request....unlike some other places...<cough> performance <cough>...

I'm scheduled to go in on Monday to get a few things taken care of. BTW, Frank or Jeff, do you guys have wireless internet access available? If so, I would like to bring my laptop so I can do my work while I wait.

lol yea I went in this morning (Sat morning) for a oil and filter change.

I've been taking my car to perf. nissan, but since West Covina nissan is a lil closer for me, I went to check the place out.

The place was top notch and the people there are very helpful, esp the service manager (forgot his name) and I believe Edgar. Great work, and I wil def be back.

BTW-I came in to have a buzzing noise fixed. I've had this buzzing noise ever since i got my headers installed. it doesn't seem to be an exhaust leak. the service techs didn't know what it was...Frank put some felt stickies on my K and N intake box to see if that's where the rattle came form....went through the whole day with no buzzing or rattling for the first time since i got the headers installed!....wow, good call Frank!

Thanks guys!! And yes, we have a wireless Internet connection available, or if you don't have your laptop, I'll let you play on one of my P.C's in Parts. Just ask... we're here for you. Jeff

I want to post very kind words for Jeff, Frank and Harry but I need to wait until I have an issue solved from another company. Frank fixed a knocking noise I had, I am almost ashamed to post what it was, but he spotted it instantly after doing laps around a nearby parking lot. Let me just say probably best customer service and friendliest people I've worked with. I'm not just saying that, but really mean it.. You just get a good vibe from them. They definately have gained my future business. To be continued...

My car goes in this Sat. I'm crossing my fingers that I will also have nothing but good to say about them when they are done with mine.

Used to be going to performance because it seemed like that was THE place to go.

I'm going to have to give West Covina a try
