Take 101 N to Kanan (you'll go through Calabasas). Get off and turn left toward the mountains. Go on Kanan for awhile (5-7 miles?) - you'll go through a couple of tunnels. Latigo is going to be a little street on your left. Look for it or you'll miss it. Kanan will go all the way to PCH itself, so you'll figure out if you've gone too far.
