As April and May come and go, it is again the time of year for basketball fans to attend the shrine that is Staples.

I think it would be fun if a few of us bought some tickets to the Lakers playoffs this year (1st round starts in a few weeks!) and went to see the show live.

If anyone is interested, lets get some responses going and get some group tickets. FYI, as playoff tickets are sold out, group tickets are actually relatively easy to come by on eBay. I've done this the past 3 seasons and never had to sit in crappy seats...usually in lower level or Premier section (had to leave the gf at home because it was a single ticket).

Since things get rolling pretty soon, it'd be best to get something going early so that we can all get some good seats and not have to sit in the nosebleeders.

I'm there! I've been wanting to make a game this season.

 

I gotta add that there should be a deadline of some sort, simply because bidding on tickets takes a few days, and the playoffs start in about 10 days (I think).

How's this Sunday at 12 noon for the deadline? This way, we can see approximately how many people would be down and then start looking for tickets online.

Looks like we're playing either the Mavs or Portland/Minnesota in the first round, which means pretty much that there's no chance of us losing at all.
