Sorry for not getting back to this thread for so long, but I finally have some free weekends. I'm just tossing up some idea(s) here and any suggestions from the Riverside area guys are quite welcome...

How about a nice weekend drive to Morongo Casino or outlet? We could start from Florida and go up the mountains (thru 74, hang a left toward Idyllwild on the 243, and east on the 10 toward Cabazon). I did half of this drive and the views were beautiful. We can do a few stops for pictures and such.

I will have to check this out with you guys since I got to Temecula and Corona often. One thing though, the 74 gets to crowded to be cruising IMO.

 

74/243 is a wicked ride - i was just there for the first time today. Not like anything from the east coast where i'm from..

Count me in for the trip. It's at least an hour to get there from temecula tho, so it might be better suited to a weekend.

 

Hey, Jason. (Is this the same Jason w/ the 07PPW350Z?) If this cruise does happen, it would have to be after the Stillen event.

I might be going up that road after my service appointment next Saturday, though.
