These guys are a class act, I could go on all day about the countless times Tim has hooked me up, wether its warranty issues, Mods or me just being a pain in the a$$ about creeks and rattles or weird vibrations or whatever. Tim always takes care of it and if a Tech is unavailable, he isnt afraid to get his hands dirty either.
As far as knowledge on Zs goes Jeff is your man. No matter if you have your next mod narrowed down to a couple of brands to choose from and need some help deciding or you havent started and dont know where to begin and need info on parts and what theyll do and how they will perform and if they will affect your warranty etc...or just want the best deal there is, Jeff is the Man.
So next time you get a BS line from some other dealer, such as...."your modified exhaust is the reason your oil is burning", or "synthetic oil will void your warranty" or, "An oil change? Yeah we are gonna need it for the day". Just tell yourself, I shoulda called Tim and Jeff@WestCovinaNissan 626-732-1000
