Yeah so? It has nothing to do with the fact that the car is an import. I just don't really get excited about reading a ton of ad's or mediocre articles about overly tacky modified cars.

I do pick up a Nissan Sport magazine now and then because it does deal with Z's and seems to be less like the tuner magazines.

I like reading about cars that are currently unattainable for me. i.e. exotics, vintage, classics etc.

I do the basics, C&D, motortrend and road & track. I like EVO magazine as well.

I haven't even looked or touched a super street or sport compact car mag in years.

Perhaps I should have said tuner magazines in general. I like modding cars but really only the performance aspects. All the magazine seem to have the same cars with the same showy stuff, big audio systems, body kits, etc. Doesn't matter if its a tuner mustang magazine, or import tuner or even magazines like "modified luxury and exotic" seem to have this tendency. there are exceptions but not enough to make me want to subscribe to.

+1. I don't like many of the import mags (Sport Compact is actually ok) since every other page seems to be some rice mobile or a half naked chick. I'm all for half naked chicks and by that I mean I like Hustler with full nudes and fingers put in places that I want to be. Many of the mags have poorly written articles as well and it is laborious to read.
