Kinda ridicululous, the state thinks your old enough to operate a car, aka a lethal weapon, yet not old enough to put a cigarette in your mouth? i know you didnt get the ticket for underage smoking im just saying.....
...the kids now just don't know what good **** is.

damn taht sux. yea throwing a cig out in angeles crest is not good but i agree. i think smoking should be 16 years old. either that or driving should be 18. tell your folks you were throwing it out the window for your friend cuz the window on his side wouldnt roll down lol
