I know a girl that can get a golf ball through a garden hose.........you may be able to apply this theory to your problem.

make sure not to hit your exhaust bearings when you try to get it out because that will knock them out of allignment and your car will run like ****. lol

Get a broomstick and apply layers of super glue and shake and jam the stick as far as you can in the exhaust and see if it comes out glued to the stick.

Ummm... I guess I have been here before with my kid.. maybe not as easy in your situation, but just use a vacuum hose (industrial strength shop vac).
