From LA - Come down the 405, after you get past Long Beach, the 605 and 405 merge and then the 22 splits off of that after about 2 miles or so. Bear to the right for the 22 East, go approx 3 or 4 miles and take the Beach Blvd exit, go LEFT at the bottom of the ramp. A couple of lights and you will see it on your left.
