Thanks for the effort. As an update, my wife finally got a call today from our original service advisor and he said he doesn't know when the repair will be done. He also doesn't think the parts needed have arrived. (contrary to what I was told yesterday by his service manager). This has got to be the most dysfunctional organization I have ever seen.

Since my background is medicine, all I will say is that if these a$$ clowns are running a hospital, there will be a risk management crisis everyday because they are killing patients (potential customers) indiscriminately.

sounds like a really bad dealership to me...my friend got his 06 GX470 from cerritos lexus haven't had any issue yet...myabe u should check out the lexus forums to see which good dealership they recommend in your area

Update: our GX470 is still at Kearny Mesa Lexus and they still don't have the parts for navigation system repair. (It has been almost 2 weeks). I've called Lexus North America about my situation. Hopefully they can resolve the problem.

Alright, to finish the thread. We finally got our GX470 back. It took the dealer 3 weeks + 2 days to fix the problem. Navigation seems to work for now.
Lexus NA didn't do much for us either.. they just said "they were looking into it."

no more Toyota or Lexus for the family :-<

Lexus tried to charge me >$800 for a 30k mile service on our RX330! Ended up going to Corner 3 Garage for teh same service which ended up being well less than half of that!
