I'm a big fan of Sunday Champaigne Brunch at Madalay
Green Valley Ranch is a good one too.

try the sunday brunch at the Bally's Hotel. Even though there buffet is crap, there's a hidden brunch place only on sundays that is like 50 bucks a head but its pretty damm good for that kind of money.

hey wendy, did you buy the dry carbon ph amuse front end?

Not that big of a fan of the MGM buffet. Little pricey and not that great.

It was one of those nights your so hammered you should not be there anyway. Worse part is when you have to wake up the next morning and add up ATM reciepts to find out the damage. Ouch!

I think we should add what are the good "late night" eats in Vegas, after those late night escapades of course.

My addition: Terribles (off the strip, down flamingo heading east, I think) - good food, great prices.

if you know any people that live in vegas, then you should really ask them ben....they know where all the spots are. I had an ex-gf in vegas and she took me to the BEST buffet in vegas hands down. Fresh seafood, steaks the way you want it, cooked right in front of you. It was in henderson though.
