nobody has mentioned Bahay Kubo, it used to be better back in the day ....kinda fell off as of late but its still a filipino landmark in LA.

well, it was either Spanish or Tagalog , since my brown **** was around pinoys a lot I picked up TAgalog more

haha....systems engineer here changing my career to RN....oh the irony. can you believe that? I have 7 yrs of IT under my belt and alot of skills, but at the end of day, I really didnt feel fufilled at my job.

I am taking my prereqs right now and taking a fundumentals of nursing class right now. so far so good! I am really enjoying it so far. Learning about NANDA's VS's, positioning, and etc. I know its elementary right now, but everything is all good. I am faded right now btw, sorry for the babble, just really into what i am learning.

I might have to change my screen name to Astig_RN when i grad!!!

 

its a great career...... job stability, good money, its stressful depending on the area your working on. but still good career. keep it up and good luck!!
