how is this legal? especially the sign about your car alarm siren having to be off or else you get a ticket. this is like every car jackers dream knowing that people are supposed to have their alarm sirens turned off.

it was in a parking structure in San Gabriel for the Edwards theater.

i didnt drive my Z (i never drive my Z to places like this anyways) here. i took my daily and when i parked and then realized the sign and read it. i couldnt believe it. i dont understand if my car alarm did go off, i would get fined. i also did not see any security around. weird...

False car alarms which are triggered by exhausts are one thing, but I don't really understand the deal with lowered vehicles.
