No wonder I saw some freakballs wandering around today...

 

My friend took of to Comic Con this morning around 5am. I let him borrow my camera....I'll put in a request for you Chebosto. Yeah and you got a lot of weird people headed your way John!

 

Hmmm...I'll be there on Sunday.

Saturday= sold the fug out!

 

This pales in comparison to the creatures I ran into a few years ago that were in town for the Anime Convention back when I lived in the DC area... LOL

 

I was there yesterday. There is definitely a lot of "interesting" people attending the convention. Though the most badass thing I saw was a booth girl dressed as the character from Tarantino's Grindhouse, complete with machine gun leg!!

From what I heard, the girl had her leg amputated when she was 18 due to cancer

 

Wait till Saturday. I've been to so many geek expos (job related), but comic-con really takes it. I'll be there Saturday.

 

Friends of mine sent me their passes (professional) so went earlier today and again on Saturday with the wife. Connections FTW... .

I was there Thurs and Friday. This thing has grown sooooo much! Last year they had about 130,000 people! They expect over 150,000 this year! There was a a time when you could go there and park under the San Diego convention Center. There was also a time when you would almost never catch a hot girl there. Thank goodness things have changed. Comics are big in the entertainment industry right now!

P.S My room was $350 a night so I could be closer....GEEZ!!!
