I like rollercoasters. Just not when the whole ground is shaking. It's funny because I could have slept through the 94' one and never knew what happened. But no my moms decided to wake me up and now look at me.

no no, you mean a double double. not a double burger.
you should get a 3x3. or a 4x4. and make sure it's animal style. with animal style fries. and SOS.

i was up and felt it. heard the ceiling creak. in 94' i lived in lake view terrace and got trapped upstairs...instead of being traumatized, they dont bother me at all anymore. but they sure ruin the mood when ur in bed with ur girl

I never cared about them until now. Owning property turns the screws on the stress level - I don't even think about my own safety anymore, only about what damage might occur to my property....
I'll actually have to check the place tonight - I had no idea until I got to work we even had a quake.
Anyone else own and have the same concern?

^^just make sure you've got a GOOD insurance policy for natural disasters.. that includes incidents such as trees falling because of earthquakes, flooding because of earthquakes, etc.
if you're really concerned, have some earthquake retrofitting specialists check out your property.. get some reinforcement done.
