give him his asking price but say you need to meet up cause you have cash in hand. Make sure you use a different screen name to make the offer.

Looks like someone already called him out before you could set something up. That sucks man I hope you got your money back already? Best of luck man. Guys like that deserve to be dragged into the middle of the street, shot and then dragged behind the Z.

No, I haven't gotten any money back whatsoever, but I did report it to my CC and it's under investigation.

That was me. I would rather warn potential customers so that they don't get screwed as well, than take the slim chance of you setting something up and him not getting wise to it. I do apoligize if you really were planning on scamming this guy, but you know it probably wouldn't have worked out well. Those things never do, I have found.

The deal is if he's legit, he'll come out and explain. If he doesn't he deserves getting crucified on the forums.

yeah, if he was legit or a mistake was made, the OP on this thread wouldn't still be active with this a month later.....

I say try to contact one of the people he's done *legit* business with and explain your situation and you would appreciate a location for hte sake of getting your money back and nothing more...
