good thing you didn't have your cf freshly painted side skirts and rear in the trunk, they might have been broken by the crash, THAT would have made you even more pissed!

thanks again guys for the comments and support
i usually wake up 5:30 for my temp job (summer/fall break) with my dad before school starts this week but today i am up at 4:30ish from the soreness, knocked out like 9 or 10 something, we have came to a conclusion that the guy who hit us was probably didnt bother braking which he claimed to do no tire marks or screeching so from the damage on the C class its pushed passed the rear doors so im assuming he hit us at 30-40 mph since we were at a complete stop.
Thing was the driver didnt even have any remorse or didnt even ask if we were okay although he claimed responsibility while it first happened. After the accident when the cop was taking his statement the cop came back and asked me if i was on a cell phone and i was like No why? hes like are you sure? hope this jerk off didnt try to change it up a bit. Oh well hopefully we can sell off this car i dont want my mother driving it and get something else.
too bad pay day = a long time, last accident i got some guy ran a red and smashed my dads accord it took me over a year to get paid
what a hassle but ill make the best of it couldve been worse, anyways take it easy folks another Monday another new week

Well...if the guy is lying about stuff....Then i would definately go for a nice pay day. If he was honest and sincere.... that's a different story. Goodluck Ben, and make sure to get into a doctor to make sure everything checks out ok.
I just hate it when people are not taking responsibility and try to blame on other people
You have no fault regardless if you were on a phone or not. You were completed dead stop at a stop light while he ran into you. I dont care how he change his story, he has no chance.
