have you gotten your car back yet? i called today and they STILL haven't started on my car. they said now i need to provide the paperwork for all my previous oil changes before they get started. looks like i won't be able to make it out to the meet .

 

Sounds like a circle jerk to me. How can they schedule you to come in when they don't have all their ducks in a row.

Went to West Covina Nissan for everything. I originally dealt with Tim until he left, then it was Dean (who really doesn't know ****) and then now it's Heri and Felipe. It's getting pretty annoying.

 

Where's Frank? Thought he was the manager?

 

I was there the other day. Drove 50 miles to get my stoptech stage 2 kit installed and they said that someone else possibly bought my parts before I got there cuz they couldnt find it. I was a bit irritated dealing with many different poeple with no real accountability on who screwed up. I still love them though... $hit happens to the best of us.

Turns out I cannot make the meet either. Im flying out of town thurs night Have fun guys, I'll be sure to make the next one !

 

ya picked up my car today hmm they havent started on yours interesting the only thing i can think of was that the 1 motor they had in stock was assigned to me since i originally dropped my car off on saturday but had to pick it up monday and remove the nitrous then brought it back the next day talk to frank and see whats up

 

Sorry to hear the bad news Jon but something does not seem right. Westco has given me top notch service also did you chat with Jeff Hess on this by any chance.

 

I spoke to everyone imaginable at West Covina Nissan, even Justin in parts haha. I also spoke to Jeff and Frank. If it comes down to it I'm taking my car to Performance Nissan. At least Tim will know wassup.

This ****'s getting pretty retarded.. I've bought at least 6+ additional quarts of oil since my 2nd oil change. I've only had 4 oil changes since I've bought my car. I've also had 3 oil consumption tests and each time it was refilled all the way.. do I REALLY need all that paperwork?
