Crossroads is a meet I used to attend every Wednesdays. It is on Crenshaw and Lomita in the City of Torrance.

Torrance P.D. are ***** when it comes to this stuff and they on occasion raid the meets.

This is exactly what happened to me in San Diego (meet raided) AND I also got a Ref. ticket WITH my turbocharger on and YES I did have to take it off eventually.

When you mentioned Crossroads, it is of no surprise. One of my buddies who has a Suby told me that they raided and after I heard that, I stopped going. It isn't that big of a deal to me anymore since meets are so boring to me now but the people I did hang out with were tons of fun though.

I try to stay out of Torrance as best as possible and if I do go in there, I drive my other car.

As a word of caution, ALL police departments have the ability to inspect cars, not just the C.H.P.

Technosquare is on Normandie in a heavily industrialised area. You saw cops THERE?

last time i got ref'd they said i didnt need to swap out my exhaust. the ref's are checking for emissions and not noise.

the exhaust dosent need a CARB number. everything else before the cat, intakes, headers, etc need it. they have a listing of all the carb numbers to match.
