USC vs. UCLA
We all know who is the better school and athletic program. USC fans will continue to try to justify who they are and why. USC fans are made up of USC graduates while Bruins fans are graduates as well as your every day fans throughout the entire world. So USC continue to try to justify who you are, for we are the Bruins. We will continue to smile and enjoy what everybody already knows... Bruins will always be the ones you try to compare to. One more thing, you might beat us tomorrow but you will still be just plain old USC, while we will be THE UCLA BRUINS. GO BRUINS!

I know many people that are USC fans that are NOT USC Graduates….where have you been the last five years? It’s actually the other way around….you don’t see many NON-ALUM UCLA fans. All the UCLA fans are grads or old people. I don’t see UCLA games on primetime t.v slots every weekend. Also, if you think UCLA has such a great athletic program why is that they are going to loose tomorrow?: confused: I would think a school with a better athletic program would win an athletic contest, don't you?
Your point about SC wanting to be like UCLA also is obnoxious to me. Why would you say SC fans wana be like the Bruins? And by the same old Trojans I think you mean the same old Trojans that lead the 41-28-7?
This thread was for the FOOTBALL game, if you feel the need to try to come on here and compare the education then that goes to show you konw your team sucks. And do you really think UCLA is THAT better of a school than USC? Lets be real man. They are BOTH great schools.

how come all posts made by bruin fans have a bitter tone to them? we're not trying to justify who's school is better, we're just rooting for our beloved trojans. if by some odd chance ucla wins and ends up playing at the rosebowl against ohio or whoever, i have no problems rooting for the bruins since the PAC-10 gets no love. but in this USC-UCLA game...fight on men of troy!!

I was there yesterday. Had a tailgate party with 3 tents, catered with Brazilian food. We even had a 50 inch plasma with direct TV, powered by a generator. As the rest of them stayed outside for the tailgate when the game started, I went in and saw the game from the 34th row looking down the 30 yard line. It was my first time at the coliseum and it was an amazing experience. Something like 90k+ people were there.
I was rooting for the Trojans but bet on the Bruin's spread advantage. The Bruin's stayed within 17 of the 20pts, so I won both ways!!!! Can't wait for the rose bowl.

Funny how I didn't specify which team I was going for
but yeah it was a pretty bad game
Amiricanmade your a true USC fan, as I am a UCLA fan...my props to you. I respect a person who will defend their beliefs and their school as you did. Although the game did not go the way I wish it would of your team deserves the accolades it is getting. Congratulations on the win. UCLA-Pac 10 fan so I will be cheering for USC @ the Rose Bowl, but I will be talking smack during next year's game.
