Season Greetings!
We hope everyone is enjoying time with their family and friends.
I apologize for the short notice, but Super Autobacs and the local food bank recently called me up to arrange an emergency toy and food drive.
Looking back at our past events, they realized the success of mixing a car meet together with a charity event. You guys did awesome last time by donating 500 pounds of food that fed up to 1000 hungry people. Also, we donated a U-Haul truck full of toys at the Toys for Tots event at CA Speedway last weekend.
If you have been reading the newspaper lately you will notice their is a shortage of food for the 1000's of hungry elderly, adults and children of Orange County, especially after Thanksgiving.
Also, there are many children that might not have any presents for Christmas. A very sad thought. So, your toy donations will help the City of Stanton Youth Assistance Program that distributes toys to these less fortunate children.
Let's break our last record of 500 pounds of canned food. Here is a suggestion: just bring what is in your cabinets and buy yourself new canned food later. Also, please bring an unwrapped toy worth $5 and up. Bring one item or both its up to you.
As usual, you will receive a 10% discount coupon good for Super Autobacs.
Event info:
Sunday, 12/9/07 from 12pm-2pm (rain or shine)
Parking lot of Super Autobacs, Stanton, CA
Bring canned food and/or unwrapped toy worth $5 and up
Wash your car and show it off at the car meet and have fun checking out other nice rides.
If you do not have time to hang out, either give you donations to someone that is going or just drive by and drop it off.
Thank you to everyone that made it to the last few events. You can help make a difference.
See you this Sunday at 12pm.
Sincerely,
Jacko Luong

Looks like the 350z boyz will have a strong showing. I really appreciate you guys coming through. I know its easier to kick back at home and watch football or sleep in.
Shows alot of character for someone to wake up, get cans and drive to an event to give away things.
Generally speaking, 1 pound feeds 2 people.
1 toy for an under privileged child that wasn't expecting one for Xmas is priceless.
You guys rock!
Weather is perfect. See you guys out there today.
