It ws like in august, the cops didn't tow any body while I was there they just showed up across the street and were like waiting there. I left like 15 min later though with most of the evo guys.

 

^^Cops and tow trucks are never are never a good combo. I've never really had any problems with Murrieta PD or Temecula Sheriffs (knock on wood).

But I know there has been some drag net stuff going on over the last year with all the illegal drag racing in the industrial areas of Temecula. But that seems to be mostly the Honda crowd that are involved with that from what I've found out.

Anyway, so how was the turn out?

I thought islands would be better. They have a huge parking lot and I think a patio too (i think).

So the turnout last night was pretty good. I saw a couple Z's roll through without stoping. But you cant blame them .. if you show up after 9pm it is pretty ricey around there.

On a side note, I almost wrecked my toyota on the run last night. Deluz is covered in sand and the water was everywhere too. Luckily I was not going fast (being night time and all) cuz the front end decided to lose traction for a couple seconds. Just long enough to put me on the wrong side of the road. It was a close call that came to a stop in the mud.

 

lets make next week island burgers ALL G"S AND Z"S i wanna see how many temecula/murrieta/menifee has

We all want to see a big turnout. But you gotta follow the 1 month plan

We get together with who ever we can find. We take pictures that make it look like a big group. Then we come back on here and tell everyone how cool it was to be there, how everyone was so nice, and "DAMN did you see that _____ with the_____ and then when he/she _______ WOW that was awesome!!!".

Once a few more poeple get interested and start to show up, then we will have a big turn out.
