my parents retired there. it's getting a little crowded, especially since housing prices out there are pretty cheap. it's a small town, but it's got everything you need. restaurants, best buy, adult bookstores, and strip clubs! plus it's only a few hours from vegas or LA.
It's a booming town, my company have built a lot of big shoping centers out there. The housing is a lot cheaper then Inland Empire. Very hot in the summer.
