We can roll there together since you live close to me.

I plan on leaving at 330-345 to meet at IHOP in LA with some Gs' and other cars.

I think we have about 5-10 cars caravaning up to CS from IHOP. I think we have 12-15 cars that are going to race on Gdriver including a 08 MB S550.

Give me a call if you want to roll you need to run your N2O.

the only reason i want to go is to run the n2o and get my time on the DR's... 20 bucks is nothing and with a big group it should be fun. i just didnt know we'd have to be there so early. lol.

LOL, if you get there at 6, you will be in!!! I've done it before when I oversleep.

 

The reason being we have to make the 400 car cut off. If we get there by 6am we are in for sure because the gates open at 6.

Hey you can take a little nap while we wait for tech to open which isn't until 7am and in between runs.

 

another question i have is are we going to have like an area where i can leave things? cause if i bring extra wheels i want to know if im safe leaving them somehwere with like my jack and stuff? probably ya?

 

I am going to try and make it out. Also for those who like Vintage Racing, there will be Champ/IndyCars at the full oval.

I have never been to a drag strip before. Any suggestions on what I need to do/get to run?

 

What you need to race is in the 1st post. I might check out the champ cars on the oval.

Don't worry about your extra stuff we never had anything jacked while we are racing.

 

My buddy is taking his SC300 with a set of slicks so he should run low 12's, high 11's. I might bring either the Z or maybe the mr2 but the roll bar would be an issue at this point. We'll see what happens.

 

We usually have big crowds and since we do not get there at the same time, we get to run at different times!! For this, we are able to take care of the extra tires/jacks we take!!!
You get to run whoever you want as long as you tell teh guys that you have a grudge!!
It should be fun!!

 

I'd go if someone is willing to loan me their DR's or Slicks or just any tire that will do better than my stock 15k mile tires. I spin these like crazy...top of 1st all the way into 2nd gear.

 

I also need drag radials to borrow but only for the Z.
