Hey Rick,

There's an older (Historic) Dairy Queen in Riverside, about 1/2 mile north of Riverside Infiniti (Monroe and California?) Plenty of parking space, but not much to do after that.
Also, what about that Riverside Plaza of the 91fwy and Arlington? Just a thought if you are considering the meet a bit more SouthEast.

It also depends on what's the best time and day for everyone... weekday or weekend, day or evening?

That sounds good too man, thanks for the input! Like I said before we need a good spot that everyone can come out and chill and not get bothered by the police. We also need a date and time where we can get a good amount of people to show up. I think Riverside might be a more ideal spot for everyone to actually come and meet, not to far from anyone I don't think?

LoL... always a positive reply like all the rest of your posts.

Anyway, yeah, the Dairy Queen is in a complex that looks rundown/empty. Hence the reason I stated there may not be anything else to do. One thing is that there's plenty of parking and it's not to far/complicated to get from the freeway. Just a suggestion for a spot.

You're in Riverside, how about some recommendations?

LoL.. I don't think anyone wants to meet at Hooters. So maybe the plaza unless there's another spot? What about towards the Corona area, anyone know of a good spot?

yeah corona has a couple places, the one with beard papas gets my vote purely because i can sit there eating cream puffs all day .

honestly riverside plaza isnt bad at all, theres alot of restaraunts: el torito(really only worth it for taco tuesdays), california pizza kitchen, theres a couple other restaraunts i cant remember, the japanese restraunt that doesnt know what its name means and citrus city grill(also brings the suck) and market broiler across the street.
there is also a bar filled with douchebags, and a loungy bar that isnt as bad.

tyler mall now has a yardhouse in addition to the cheesecake factory, tgifridays, and pf changs. (notice i left out elephant bar because it sucks)

those are really all the places i can think of with parking in the immediate area

Yeah it seems like every meet we have had there has been a weak turnout. It seems like everyone is looking for a meet in the Riverside area. I think that would be cool, it's about half way paoint for everyone local. We just need a confirmed spot to meet up at. Riverside plaza wouldn't be bad except for the speed bumps suck!

I agree on the Plaza. Remember, doesn't necessarily have to be IN the cente of the plaza. We can always park in the outsides of the plaza... say by Island's. Just a suggestion.

Riverside Plaza, like I suggested before will be a good location!!! In back of the theater or next to Killarneys Irish Pub!!

This is what you will find there.....

It should be a good spot for a meet.

I remember reading that thread and people unsure about time and location so I think that was the cause for the small turnout. I believe it was on a weekend night as well so that could have swayed some people away.

I'd be interested in a weekday night meet or some time during the day on a weekend.
