Default Bent rim. (not mine)

So my neighboor, has these racing hart on her 95 civic, and she just got back from a little trip and she told me she somehow bent the lip on her rim, we snapped a couple of pictures, can anyone tell me if this can be fixed, or does she just have to replace the whole rim. (the tire did loose all of its air pressure).

I am, rubber mallet, medium plastic mallet, towel. If you still can't get it add heat to the edge and try again.\

It is only the inside edge, so cosmetics aren't that big a deal, just the bead.
