Wow.. That's not too cool. I just talked to him after seeing this thread and he picked up his phone. He has the fender for my car. If you want his #, pm him. He said he is waiting to talk to you.

Hey man, I feel your pain. I was supposed to buy a few items off a few members and both flaked on me even after making arrangements to pick things up.

At least one person told me straight up, but the other just ignored my PMs. Such an annoying waste of time.

Took forever to answer my phone call and then when you did, you had told me you would come out to my area the following day which I waited for you to come and pm'ed you the address where to meet up. You never showed nor did you answer my phone calls and I wasted the whole day. Now you won't reply to any pm's, posts or phone calls and I just find this very disrespectful. If you were having second thoughts about trading rims or something just tell me. Don't screw me out of my time and money for non-sense.

damm i feel ur pain

^ Y U TYPING IN CAPS??

being in the military doesnt excuse you from give a courtesy phone call to people who you made appointments with. if anything it should make you be even more punctual and courteous.

we should have a official flaker thread
every time you meet a flaker you can post their name up so other people don't have to deal with them

It's ok guys. I talked to him already and we worked things out. Yes I got burned but at least he made arrangements that when we do trade he will be coming down. So we will see. But really no more hard feelings on my end. And Rich sorry I wrote this after a few days that you had not shown up twice and didn't reply any phone calls or pm's. So you can understand why I originally created this thread.

lol. Are you going to call out your study buddies or something to back this up. j/k. I just had someone flake on me last night, made arrangements to meet and waited 2 hours for a "no show" and they didn't have the decency, I guess not to many do, to make a 30 second phone call to let me know they couldn't make it out. Bastards!! Hopefully you both will learn from this event and start working as a team! GO TEAM!
